1. Scope
These terms apply to every order for the course placed on the website, in English or in French. They are available on the website at all times, and you can save or print them.
They are written for consumers. If you are buying for your business, please also read section 17.
2. Seller
The course is sold by:
- Léon Pasquier, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI, under French law)
- Location: Aix-en-Provence, Bouches-du-Rhône (13), Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France
- Email: leon.business.pro.13@gmail.com
Further legal details are available in our legal notice.
3. The course
"Cinematic 3D Websites" is an online course on how to design, build with AI and sell cinematic 3D websites. It includes:
- a PDF e-book of about 144 pages;
- an online course space with progress tracking;
- 12 modules and AURA, a guided project built in 20 steps (AURA is a fictional brand);
- 94 prompts that you can copy from the course space;
- appendices: 11 troubleshooting prompts, a 44-point premium checklist and a glossary.
The course includes only the items listed above. It is digital content supplied without any physical medium.
Language. The course was originally written in French. The full course is available in English in your course space: the English edition is an AI-assisted translation of the original French course. The downloadable PDF is currently the French edition.
What you need. To use the course space: an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser. To read the e-book: a PDF reader. To put the course into practice, the course recommends a computer less than five years old (16 GB of memory recommended) and a smartphone for testing.
Third-party tools not included. The course relies on tools provided by third parties, which are not included in the price. In particular, Claude Code requires a paid Claude subscription (Pro or Max) or an Anthropic API account. The cost of these tools is set out at the start of the course.
4. Price
- On the English-language site: $95, paid in US dollars.
- On the French-language site: €95, paid in euros.
The currency depends on the language version of the site you order from. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order; it is repeated on the payment button. This is a one-time payment: there is no subscription, and we charge no other fees.
If your card is held in another currency, your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These fees are set by your bank, not by us.
5. Placing an order
Ordering takes three steps.
- Your account. You create an account (first name, email address and a password of at least 10 characters) or sign in to your existing account.
- Payment. A summary shows the seller, the product, the price, immediate access and the exception to the right of withdrawal, with a link to these terms. You tick the two required boxes described in section 8, then click the "Pay $95" button ("Payer 95 €" on the French-language site). Clicking this button places an order with an obligation to pay.
- Access to your course. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your access opens and you receive a confirmation email.
Before you pay, you can check your order, correct your details or go back. The payment button stays disabled until both boxes are ticked.
The contract is concluded when you click the payment button. The confirmation email contains the link to your course space, your receipt and a reminder of your request for immediate access and your waiver of the right of withdrawal.
6. Payment and invoice
Payment is made once, by card, through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Depending on your device and browser, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link may also be offered.
You enter your card details in Stripe's secure form: they never pass through our servers.
If the payment is declined or does not go through, the order is canceled and access is not opened. You will be informed.
The invoice, issued in the seller's name, is generated by Stripe. You can find your receipt and your invoice under "My account".
7. Access to the course
Opening. Your access opens immediately after your payment is confirmed, in the course space. You sign in with your email address and password.
What you will find there. The full course, your progress tracking, the prompt library, the appendices and the downloads: the complete e-book and one PDF per module. Each PDF carries a discreet watermark in its footer: "Personal license" followed by your email address and the date.
Personal access. Your account is strictly personal. Keep your password confidential and do not share your access.
Availability. We do our best to keep the course space available at all times. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of a technical incident.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time under "My account". Doing so permanently ends your access to the course space.
8. Right of withdrawal
The general rule. Under French law, consumers who buy at a distance normally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
The exception for digital content supplied immediately. This right cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
Your two boxes. Because access is immediate, we ask you to tick two required boxes before you pay. On the English-language site, they read:
- "I have read and accept the terms of sale."
- "I request immediate access to the course and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once access begins."
On the French-language site, they read: « J'ai lu et j'accepte les conditions générales de vente. » and « Je demande l'accès immédiat à la formation et je reconnais perdre mon droit de rétractation dès que cet accès commence. »
What this means. Access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, when the course space opens on your account. From that moment, you can no longer withdraw.
Proof of your choice. Your consent is time-stamped and recorded with the date, the version of the terms you accepted and the language of the site. It is repeated in your confirmation email.
If access has not yet begun. Between your order and the opening of your access, you may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. Send us a clear statement by email to leon.business.pro.13@gmail.com, or use the model form in the appendix. We will then refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your decision, using the payment method you used.
9. Refunds and payment disputes
We do not offer any commercial "satisfaction or money back" guarantee. You benefit from the guarantees provided by law and described in these terms.
- Full refund (for example after a withdrawal made before access opens, or after the contract is terminated under the statutory guarantee): access to the course space is closed.
- Price reduction (partial refund): you keep your access.
- Payment dispute with your bank (card chargeback): access is suspended.
If something is wrong, please contact us first: it is often the quickest way to sort it out.
10. Statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content
We must supply digital content that conforms to the contract, under Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Guarantee period.
- The course space and the downloads are supplied continuously throughout the access period. We are liable for any lack of conformity that appears during that whole period, and you only need to prove that the defect exists, not when it appeared.
- For a file supplied in a single act, such as a PDF you have downloaded, we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of its supply. During the first year, you only need to prove that the defect exists, not when it appeared.
Updates. Where relevant, the guarantee includes the updates needed to keep the content in conformity, such as fixing a technical defect in the course space. It does not include adding new content.
Your rights. You are entitled to have the content brought into conformity without undue delay after your request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to you.
You may obtain a price reduction, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund in exchange for giving up the content, if:
- we refuse to bring the content into conformity;
- bringing it into conformity is unduly delayed;
- it cannot be done without cost to you;
- it causes you significant inconvenience;
- the defect persists despite our attempt to fix it.
If the defect is so serious that it justifies it, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract immediately, without first asking us to bring the content into conformity. If the defect is minor, you cannot terminate the contract, but a price reduction remains available.
Any period during which the content is unavailable while it is being brought into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period.
How to claim. Email us at leon.business.pro.13@gmail.com and describe the defect.
11. Changes to the content
We may change the course for a valid reason: to correct an error, to keep up with changes in the tools it covers, or to improve the course space. For example, we may publish a new version of the PDF. This is not a commitment to provide updates.
Such changes come at no cost to you. If a change were to reduce your access to, or use of, the content more than minimally, we would tell you in advance by email, and you could terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days, on the terms set out in the French Consumer Code.
12. Personal license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the course.
You may:
- read and follow the course, and download the PDFs for your personal use;
- apply the methods and use the prompts to build your own websites, including for your clients;
- show the AURA website you built in your portfolio, making clear that AURA is a fictional brand.
You may not:
- share your account or your login details;
- pass on, resell, publish or make available to anyone else, whether free of charge or not, the PDF, the prompts or any part of the course content;
- remove or hide the watermark on the PDFs.
The PDFs carry a watermark with your email address and the date. It makes it possible to trace a file shared without permission back to its source.
In the event of a serious breach of this license, in particular sharing the content, we may suspend your access after asking you by email to stop the breach.
13. Intellectual property and third-party trademarks
The course content is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Your purchase grants you the license described in section 12; it does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
The course uses Claude Code, a product of Anthropic. Agency FWS is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by Anthropic. Brands, studios and websites mentioned in the course are cited for analysis and illustration only; they belong to their respective owners.
14. Liability
We are fully liable for the proper performance of the contract (Article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code). We may be released from all or part of that liability if the failure or improper performance is attributable to you, to the unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party, or to force majeure.
A few useful points:
- Your results. The course teaches a method. What you achieve with it depends on your own work and circumstances.
- Market prices. The prices quoted in the course, in particular in Module 12, are French market benchmarks, given with their sources and stated in euros. They are not a promise of income.
- Third-party tools. The tools covered in the course, including Claude Code, are provided by their publishers under their own terms. Their features and prices may change independently of us.
- AI-generated code. Review and test any code produced with the help of AI before you put it online or deliver it to a client.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
15. Personal data
We process your data to manage your account, your order and your access to the course. Everything is explained in our privacy policy.
16. Complaints
Contact us. For any question or complaint, email leon.business.pro.13@gmail.com.
You may also go directly to the competent court (see section 18).
17. Buying for your business
If you buy the course for your business, the rules reserved for consumers (right of withdrawal, statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content) apply only where the law extends them to businesses, in particular under Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code. All other sections of these terms apply as normal.
18. Governing law, language and courts
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
If you are a consumer and a dispute arises, you may bring proceedings, at your choice, before any court with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure or before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (Article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code). This does not affect any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under the rules that apply to you.
These terms exist in French and in English. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
19. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted at the time of payment, recorded together with your consent.
Appendix — Model withdrawal form
Use this form only if you wish to withdraw before your access opens (see section 8). Once access has opened, withdrawal is no longer possible.
